WHY GREEN TEA AND DANDELION?
Naturally caffeine-free, dandelion has historically been offered as a coffee substitute. While most today think of dandelions as a frustrating weed, these resilient flowers are in fact one of the oldest and most respected herbs cultivated by humans, recorded as long ago as 10th century Arabia. Dandelion root can be served as a root vegetable, and once dried, is brewed into an invigorating cup of dandelion root tea. Combined with the antioxidant properties of green tea, this infusion contains many health benefits to help improve many aspects of the body.

HOW TO DRINK
Fresh water is essential for brewing a great cup. Use 1 teabag per cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 3 to 6 minutes. Remove tea bag and place in your compostable bin. Enjoy!
