1 Turmeric Blend Rokit pod
300ml of your milk of choice
2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree - (to make from scratch simply scoop our the inside of your pumpkin, roast the remaining flesh until soft and then blend in a food processor)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
A pinch of ground nutmeg
A pinch of ground ginger
Maple syrup or honey (to taste)
1. Heat your milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a small saucepan over a medium-low heat.
2. Using your Rokit pod and Nespresso machine, make your turmeric espresso as usual.
3. Once warmed, pour the pumpkin spiced milk over the turmeric shot and stir to combine.
4. Add maple syrup or honey to taste and top with a dusting of cinnamon.
